We explored Marshall´s proposal which starts with the main source of human rights can be found in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948.
Human rights are different from fundamental rights because human rights apply to all human beings where as funamental rights are limited with legal sancions.
According to Marshall´s proposal citizenship constitutes as a person having political, social, and civil rights. Individuals with citizenship have rights. Immigrants do not have rights to like actual citizens of the specific country.
Another concept related to citizenship is inequality, state, and duties.
Fundamental rights are specific to a legal system such as a certain country, not to everyone. This fundamental rights can be found in a country´s constitution.
